Our Home
My family and I live in Farnborough. It's a small town in the county of
Hampshire
which is one of the largest and most beautiful counties in the South of England.
Farnborough is well known as the home of aviation, famous for its international air show
which takes place every two years in September. There are lots of shops,
sports centre with swimming pool, library and parks nearby. It is also famous for
St.Michael's Abbey
which was built as a memorial to and contains the remains of Napoleon III, his wife
Empress Eugenie and their son the Prince Imperial. There are plenty of other places
to visit, all within easy reach, including London (40 minutes by train), Heathrow
airport (30 minutes by car), Guildford, Windsor, Reading and Winchester.
We have a large and comfortable, detached house, situated in a very quiet location,
next to some small woods and away from roads. I live with my partner John and 2 teenage children.
My eldest daughter is a University graduate and she often comes to stay at home.
We also have a cat.
Your Accommodation
You will be provided with a good size private room which is warm and comfortable
with access to the bathroom or shower room. Your bedroom has a desk for private study,
wardrobe with a mirror, chest of drawers and comfortable bed. The house is big
and spacious and you will also be free to use the dining room, living room, conservatory,
computer room and secluded garden.
